Printed Lapel Pins
There are two methods for digital printing lapel pins- silkscreen printing or offset printing, and your design/logo can be printed with a clear epoxy covering which is always recommended to apply for color protection.
Offset printing
Offset printing is also named 4 color process printing (Yellow/ Magenta/ Cyan & Black) which allows unlimited coloring, gradient and even photographic detail.

- Plating color: Brass Material without plating or with gold or nickel plating; Stainless Steel and Aluminum material without electroplating.
- Strength: The total lead content test of printing inks conform to the specifications of US CPSIA HR4040
- Procedures: Preparing Films for each different colors → Printing colors (Each time by one color) → Baking at temperature of 160°C (Baking each time after one color printed) → External Shape Cutting → Soldering Attachment → Racking before plating → Electroplating if necessary → Epoxy Covering →Packing
Silkscreen printing
Silkscreen printing can duplicate exact details of your logo in full order, the colors are PMS matching and can go all the way to edges of your pins.

Printed lapel pins are no metal border to separate different colors and areas so they can be easily ordered and produced which made them an ideal for rush orders!
Make your own printed lapel pins
No matter which printing method, we charge one color printing set up fee for metal border, if the metal border is necessary on the edge, the extra one is for white background color.
